Moved house, had three tv boxes delivered. Power cable for one of the mini boxes was missing. Have requested from VM FOUR TIMES and every time they have sent the wrong cable or only half of it. What do I do?!
Which part are you missing the 13 amp plug lead or the actual power supply adapter that connects to the box.
I did think that if you had 1 main box and 2 mini boxes that required a engineer installation or is it a case that 3 boxes delivered is also wrong.
