Hello
After the upgrade to Virgin TV 360 our V6 box sounds like it's in a spin cycle. It's not the fan making the sound, I'm guessing it's the hard drive spinning for some reason. The box spinning sound drowns out the sound of the TV, it's that loud.
Can we get it fixed or a replacement box please?

Some of the old V6 boxes seem to suffer from this when updated to 360, you will need it replacing.
The quickest way to get it replaced is to call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the other options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
The other option is to wait for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
