Installation

I joined on the 16th October had my installation date changed 3 times October then November now December not getting anywhere when ringing no one can give me any answers why no one is coming out to do the pre installation work just keep saying it’s a 3rd party can anyone help

    This is quite normal I'm afraid, look through the forum and you will see many similar cases.

    Keep a full record of all promises from Virginmedia, as you may be entitled to compensation when they finally install, or if they cancel it.
