sick of signing into all my apps everytime I want to watch something , my contract is at an end so is my patience

Is the box set to fast start or active start and not switched off at the plug at night, having the box set to eco start has in the past caused problems for some users. If the box isn't set to eco and turned off at the plug then the box is possibly faulty.

Even when I come off the app for 10mins then try to go back to it I have to sign in again

If you are not signing out of the app and just pressing the TV button to exit then you shouldn't need to sign in again.
I think your box may need replacing.
