ITV +1 is displaying in 4:3

Hello, since a few days ago the ITV +1 channel is displaying in 4:3. No other channels are doing this. Any one else?

The London version of ITV1+1 is OK & displays correctly.

Have you tried a reboot of the 360 box, it might be a problem caused by the recent roll out of version 5.07 been a couple of unrelated problems since this software update.

As the virgin programme banner is 16:9 could it be an output from ITV in the Midlands area?

ITV1 has multiple regions and as it is VM's regional headends that inject the regional content into its network it's possible that there is a fault with the regional broadcast. However if it's only you suffering from this fault I'd suspect a problem with your 360 box.

I’ve checked this and this is correct. ITV+1 is also in 4.3  on my virgin stream.
