On my 360 box, I recorded 2 episodes of a series in early August. I have just gone to watch them and they are no longer there. Do recordings fall off the end of the viewing list after a certain time?

Not normally, what recordings were they. Do you still have any other recordings that you can watch.

I recorded the 2 episodes of Vienna Blood on a series link. I have all the other programmes I've recorded at the moment. I'm just worried they will disappear if I don't watch them within a few weeks.

If your recordings of Vienna Blood are all in HD then they should be safe from deletion, however if your box breaks down then you will lose the recordings as they can't be transferred to another box.
There are actually 4 series of Vienna Blood, all of which are currently available on BBC iPlayer, although there is no telling how long they will stay on there as series 1 was first screened in 2019.

Are you sure you recorded the episodes or added them to a watchlist, if they were added to a watchlist then you should be able to find them on the Home page.
The alternative is to do a search and you will find them on iPlayer.

Recordings don't normally have a shelf-life, that's the whole basis of recording cf. OnDemand/streaming.
If a channel is removed, then those recordings are normally accessible for either 3 or 6months after - this can sometimes occur when an SD variant is removed and a channel goes HD-only.

Thank you for all the answers. The 2 episodes were definitely there as I went to watch them but realised I didn't have enough time. Only upgraded (if you can call it that) my box in August so still learning all the foibles of this new system. I have now watched Vienna Blood on Iplayer.
