How do I access Sky sports SD?
I only see HD channels, but want to record SD. How can I do this?

I can't watch Sky Sports HD when it is pixelated
If it's pixelated then report a fault.
I did. But why can’t I access Sky Sports SD in the same way I did previously when there was a fault with HD?
And my post on the issue was removed.

I am so sorry that you have faced an issue with your service and thank you so much again for posting. We were aware of some issues last week effecting the Sports channels, can I ask how things are looking for you since your post? Is the HD channel still showing pixelation?
@Ashleigh_C not pixelated anymore but this has happened to me on a number of occasions previously. I made posts on two occasion it occurred in last 12 months, see below. In the past I could switch to SD. However that is no longer possible due to the bonkers 360.
