Problem with signal 503/504 (W02)

I can’t watch Sky Football HD nor Sky Cricket HD.  Every other Sky Sports HD is fine.  I can watch in SD, but I am paying for HD.

W02 is a loss of signal error, so the standard advice for pixellation queries applies here. Check for known local issues using 0800 5610061, reboot the box once to eliminate a software issue, then report your fault either by calling in (immediate response) or waiting on here (day or so turnaround).

It won't alter the advice, but Sky Football HD is on the same mux as Sky PL HD, More4-HD & Sky Documentaries HD. Sky Cricket HD shares with Eurosport 2HD & Quest HD - a signal fault affecting one channel on a mux should affect all.

Turned the box off and on again and it works.  Reboot didn't.  HD is very flaky.

I suspect the signal levels on those two adjacent muxes are reaching your V6's tuners at borderline spec. Whether that's a tuner fault or incoming signal problem, would be for VM to find out, and that can't be done remotely.

Welcome back to our community forums and sorry to hear you are having issues with Sky Football HD and Sky Cricket HD. We can understand the frustration caused. We are, however, glad to see @japitts was able to help with this. Has the issue occurred again since the last posting? How is the quality?  Do you need any further help?
