Free 360 upgrade

Got a free update for virgin 360 due to having sky sports and because sky sports plus is being released, it is included in my subscription. Got my new 360 control, Click update, this fails. Have to turn of box and then click update again. Do this and shows the same error message. Next thing I know, my box shuts down and then loads up with the 360 update. Can definitely see my getting extra charges or something. Really hate virgin

Hi Matt. I’m also having issues getting the upgrade to work. My remotes have arrived. I have two boxes. My main box is giving me a message saying that the update has started on another box (error code MA1/2), the second box isn’t doing any updates it doesn’t even have the 360 upgrade buttons at the top of Home Screen. I’ve restarted multiple times, been through various trouble shooting found on forums and getting same error message every time. Are you able to help me please? Cheers.
