I've tried to use the Tv360 upgrade app, I get this error TM4/19/10-1-200000. I've tried the WhatsApp number (+44 7803 089684), which doesn't reply, the old WhatsApp number points me to the one mentioned above.
Anyway, the error happens on both of my v6 boxes, I've reset one and it still gives the same error.
I have seen some posts where someone on VM side needs to enable the TV360, which seems a bit pointless - Why have the option to upgrade if it can't be initialised by the user?
I recently renewed my contract where it advertised Tv360 over TiVo V6 and for some reason they didn't bother sending me the new equipment... Wondering if VM can just send me 2x TV 360 + remotes?
