Error message varies from TM3 to TM419/10-1-200000. I have rebooted as suggested in the Forum but no change. What next?

Managed to get my issue resolved by deleting the regardings and then rebooting the box, then i had to reboot the other V6 in order for the 360 software to eventually automatically load onto the box.

Just thought i would add my experience onto this, so was able to successfully order a new remote on one of my V6 Boxes, however when i went to do the order on the second V6, it said it could not complete the order, I'm guessing i will be sent two new remotes, how does this work with the app being installed onto both boxes for when the updated remotes arrive.

Hi MacmillaN
Thanks for your post.
We're sorry to hear there was an issue ordering one of the new remotes.
When this arrives, if there is only one remote, please pop back to us and we'd be happy to look into this further for you.
To start your upgrade select (with your current V6 remote) “Upgrade to Virgin TV 360 now” from the Home screen. When you see this screen press OK on your V6 remote to continue. When you see this screen, it's time to take one 360 remote out of the box we sent and pull out the tab. Then follow the on screen instructions.
If you have any issues or need any support, please pop back to us and we'd be happy to help.

Good afternoon Vikki_M,
So as stated above i received my two new V360 remotes, for two V6 boxes, so i attempted the upgrade on the first box within the property, everything was going smoothly, untill a few moments into the update!
(This is just a thought does the hard drive need to be cleared before the update?!)
I received the attached error.
I never proceeded to attempt the update on box two, due to reading the instructions it stated the 2nd box should update automatically!
Hope you can help!
Thanks
