Hello. My mother in law’s TV box is broken (stuck at “welcome”, reset doesn’t change anything, makes clicking sounds as if the hard drive is broken) so I’m trying to get to support to request a replacement.
I ring the 150 number and choose “TV technical assistance” and I get told here is an SMS with instructions to get help, goodbye. The SMS points to a missing page (404) as per screenshot below.
How can I speak to a human to help me resolve MIL’s issue?

You will need to call from your MIL's because they will probably want to speak to the account holder, and also know the memorable word for security purposes.
When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and hopefully you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
The other option is to wait for one of the forum team to respond which might be 2 to 3 day's.
