Changing to V360 is migration to a totally different TV platform, not an upgrade. TiVO V6 is a recording centric platform. V360 is centred around streaming content rather than recording.

If you do move to the 360 software and it's free it shouldn't mean moving to a new contract If you are still within your current contract, for example moving from Maxit to Mega TV package will lose TNT Sports should you move to a new contract.

Don’t do it. 360 is hopeless the original system is far better and if you covert you can’t revert back.
I’m now waiting for an engineer for the 3rd time I had both boxes replaced and my main box keeps resetting and I lose all recordings and have to sign back in to all my apps. When I spoke to customer service they basically said if they can’t fix it I’ll have to find a new service!!!!!
