Have asked for my 360 upgrade, Back in July not received anything as I'm aware off I still have TNT sports on and I haven't cancelled it so I hope it stays according to the forum I'm going to lose it, was not informed until a email told me about my upgrade in 7 days STILL WAITING .....TYPICAL VIRGIN MEDIA RUBBISH. 

I will be leaving VIRGIN media sometime in the future at the moment it suits my needs but really they are TERRIBLE for customer service.

It's disappointing to hear you feel this way and of the TV360 issues experienced, it's not the level of service we aim to provide.

 

It's been a few days since your post, have you been able to speak to the team during this time or get more details on your upgrade to TV360? 

 

In regards to TNT sports, it was included in the higher packages but has been removed, if your current deal includes TNT Sports this will remain until the contract expires or any changes are made (including changing service types). This is the same across all customers.
