Hi.  I’m having the same problem as others.  Getting an error message and live chat link doesn’t work.  I have 2 TiVo boxes and am getting error messages on both.  Can anyone help?LJD62_0-1719676656270.jpeg

TiVo boxes can't be converted to TV360 or upgraded to V6, they require a physical box-swap.

Are you sure you don't have V6? https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box

Must be a V6 box.  We’ve had a message saying we can upgrade

We're sorry to hear you've had some issues with upgrading the V6 to the 360 service. Checking things here, we can see you spoke to the team on Monday and they've been able to get things sorted for you now.
