Hi. I’m having the same problem as others. Getting an error message and live chat link doesn’t work. I have 2 TiVo boxes and am getting error messages on both. Can anyone help?

TiVo boxes can't be converted to TV360 or upgraded to V6, they require a physical box-swap.
