360 upgrade failed

On our wavelength
  • Got V6 box just had my new remote delivered. Restarted box as required. The upgrade started downloading and after 15 minutes it said it had failed. Any ideas?

Hey @swazer161 can you share a bit more about how it failed?  What did the error message say?

Better yet can you share an image of it?
