360 failure

I have been trying to upgrade to the 360 but just get a failure error message everytime.

I have restarted the box, tried scanning the QR code but still no joy 😢 any suggestions as the chat function is pretty hopeless??

I cannot upgrade to the new 360+ as everytime I try I get an error message......I have restarted the box & tried using the qr code but still get the error message. Any thoughts
