Hi.
Got the 360 email. Upgraded one box by clicking on the app on the home page. But couldn't go through with it on the second box. Now the app has disappeared. Anyone know by clicking it on one box virgin will recognise I have two boxes? Or another way to order the second?

Hello, the app should recognise you have two V6 boxes and will therefore send out two new remotes.
This video explains how you should have to follow the steps on one box and the others should update automatically: V6 to 360 upgrade next steps. (youtube.com)

You should receive 2 360 remotes for your boxes roughly 2-3 days after you requested the upgrade.
Can you please keep us posted how you get on with the conversion to 360.
