Got the 360 email. Upgraded one box by clicking on the app on the home page. But couldn't go through with it on the second box. Now the app has disappeared. Anyone know by clicking it on one b...
Hello, the app should recognise you have two V6 boxes and will therefore send out two new remotes.
This video explains how you should have to follow the steps on one box and the others should update automatically: V6 to 360 upgrade next steps. (youtube.com)
