360 Upgrade App not showing

We recieved a latter offering a free no cost upgrade to Virgin 360

It states to go onto Apps and press the upgrade app to activate and recieve our free 360 box

However on checking we have no app showing free upgrade - I've re-set the box a number of times also spoken to Virgin but nobody seems to be able to help.

Can someone please help/advise?
