Hi,
I wonder if you can help before I go mad. I previously had 2 phone contracts with you that were moved over to o2. 1 is out of contract and 1 is still in contract but I've been having an unknown payment coming out of my bank every month and just wondered if you could help me on what it is for.
I've tried ringing virgin mobile numerous times to no avail.
Please help!!

Do you mean handset contracts or airtime contracts? If it’s airtime contracts you need to speak to O2, dial 202 from the handset.

Hi ayisha,
It's for the handset and would like to know 2 things;
1. If I'm being charged for the out of contract phone
2. When does my other handset finish but I do not have my security key to see for myself.
