Unable to login to Virgin Mobile app and can't reset password

I am unable to login to the Virgin Mobile app I can't even reset the password I don't receive an email to reset it. The Virgin Mobile website doesn't even open.

Hello Humnah21,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having but the Virgin Mobile app is no longer in use as your account will have been migrated over to O2 around 18 months to a year ago. What are you trying to access via the Virgin Mobile app, are you trying to find information about a handset loan, if you are you can login to that here but if it's anything else you would need to create an online account with O2.
