Hello,
I have a handset loan which still shows as virgin media on my bank account. This was taken out around the start of 2022.
I need to amend the direct debit details however whenever I try to log in to the manage the loan page it crashes or tells me my details are incorrect. I've tried calling both virgin and o2 but I'm being passed between departments and no one seems able to assist.
Could anyone advise how to sort this out as it's becoming frustrating.
