Pay off Virgin Outstanding Loan Agreement (post-O2 Merge)

I have been trying to pay off my handset loan, and have been pushed around between O2 and Virgin Media with accessing the right department to speak with someone about paying this off. No one has helped and I have been frequently hung up on by both O2 and Virgin Media. Has anyone had any luck with this since they merged?

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

How may we assist you this evening? Are you wanting help to log in to your Portal or do you need help with how to pay the loan off?
