O2 data - slow and buffering

Hey. I’ve been a o2 member since it was born and been happy, but over the last year data has been diabolical. Places I used to be able to use 4g just buffer now or won’t even load. Its so slow it used to be good. 
and im paying over £50 a month for this. 
sad to say but definitely leaving when contract ends in a few months. Any one else think the same.

Sorry I thought they were the same ? When i joined VM broadband, you got a deal if you had o2 mobile, agent said VM owned O2.

Yes it’s very confusing. Although they have one combined name their support services are at present totally separate.
