Data request
Hello, I made a data subject access request. I have today received 2 emails, one with instructions how to create an account to download a file the other with a link to said file.
When i try and create an account I am getting " something went wrong "
The create password gets a green tick so it must be the email. Iv'e tried using several emails including the virgin NTL one but still cannot create an account.Can anyone advise, thanks you
