Data request

Hello, I made a data subject access request. I have today received 2 emails, one with instructions how to create an account to download a file the other with a link to said file.

When i try and create an account I am getting "  something went wrong "

The create password gets a green tick so it must be the email. Iv'e tried using several emails including the virgin NTL one but still cannot create an account.Can anyone advise, thanks you

      用心棒  Thank you very much, the instructions in the link worked. Do not click on create account but enter email then click on NEXT then you can create an account. The Virgin staff who PM'd me sought advice from someone who deals with DSAR for Virgin  yet still failed to help me.

      Unfortunately the file i was able to download has a passcode, an SMS has been sent to a mobile associated with my account, I do not have a mobile associated. I feel like i'm fighting a losing battle. Looks like they will have to post the file on CD. Thanks for your help you truly are a very insightful person
