Hi I’m trying to log into my o2 with my virgin media o2 id but I can’t find the email with my information on it, can a new email be sent to me please

Have you tried clicking on the "Forgotten your username or password?" link when trying to sign in to My O2? If so, what step are you able to get up to?

Hi it takes me to a page that’s asks for the account number and area reference which I don’t have

Thanks for coming back to us @SophieT98, if you have created an online account for Virgin Media's services, the account number and area reference number will be available on the recent bills you have been issued.
