Need a phone number to pay off the finance on my virgin device plan.

Hello, can someone please advise me, I have a mobile phone through Virgin finance, I want to pay off the remaining balance. I'm getting messed around by O2 and Virgin saying neither of them can help ...

     There's a dedicated team on 0345 602 4420. They will be able to assist with your balance and take the payment

Thank you very much! Been back and forth with both Virgin and 02, without much luck.
