Executive Complaints Team - have not sent email.

Apologies if this is the wrong board but my complaint is concerning an 02 Mobile contract 

Very, very long story short; a voicemail was left on my home phone on 7.8.24 from someone identifying themselves by name, stating that they were from the VM Executive Complaints Team with regard to an ongoing complaint I had with 02. 

The timing was unfortunate as at the time of the call I was at work and my mobile was set to silent.

I had also received a text message some 60 seconds prior, stating that 'someone will be calling you in a few minutes to discuss complaint Ref #####' but again this was  missed because of work and to me was an unreasonably short period of time to be available for the call.

He went on to give brief details of the complaint, all of which were correct, including the date it was made, and stated that as a result of the investigation there was some 'good news' to impart. 

I was advised that due to the missed call,  the findings of his investigation would be summarised in an email which to date, over a week later, I have yet to receive. I have checked my junk/spam also.

I have tried calling the number on the voicemail but that connects me to 02 and I am simply told that it is not their problem if the call came from VM so I'm kind of going round in circles.

The issue relates to a final payment of an 02 contract which was then sent to a Debt Collection service.

I requested and received call recordings from O2 agents where they state that there were clear errors made, the contract had not be terminated on the correct date, it should not have been passed to the collection service, the amount on the paperwork to the collection service was wrong anyway etc, etc.

Is there anyway of contacting this Executive Complaints Team by email or any other means given that they have called me as all attempts so far have proved fruitless. I have spent hours on the phone and emailed countless different departments and it seems that finally someone has now looked at the complaint in it's entirety only for the promised email not to have arrived.

Any help would be much appreciated.
