Complaints email

Can someone give me the virgin media complaint email address as the hyperlink on their web page is broken.  I can complain about their mobile phone, but not media.  Don’t want to do chat as have done this twice already, and still not resolved.  I even have a complaints reference number but going around in circles.  Thanks

    There is NO directs complaints email or phone, they don't want to make it so easy for you to trouble them with complaints.   A VM forum person may be able to help you follow it up.

      Four full days on and the complaints form link is still wrong for what must be a four minute job. What does this tell us about Virgin Media?

      I changed contracts, but the dd was slightly higher than discussed.  Done online chat to get credit applied monthly.  Have screen shots of the chat for confirmation, but still can’t see the credit.

        What was this credit for?

        Did they advise this was a rolling credit? If so you wouldn't see this on your account until you get a bill.

        This is because they work in the background to reduced the amount on the account which reflects on your bill.
