Hi! I have a credit agreement for my mobile phone with Virgin Mobile from before they merged with 02. My airtime contract moved across to 02, but my credit agreement for my device stayed with Virgin. I need to update my details and make a payment and the only contact options I can find are:
I have tried everything and I don't have my security key to use online portal.

Sorry to see you're having issues with logging in to view your credit agreement. We can certainly help in regards to getting you access to the details to log in. However we're not able to take any payments from here.
