Cannot get access to my account

Hi everyone, i could really do with some help

I cant get access to my virgin account, when i try to reset password it does not send me a link and it is not in spam, i have tried it with my email and my dads as the account used to be signed to his email. I have had a contract with virgin for years and got a new phone in 2022, by that point i was old enough to pay it myself but it would not let me change it all over to my details, it is still in my dads. It would however let me change it to my email. 
i no longer have this phone that i am paying a DD for so want to pay whatever is left on it but cannot for the life of me get into the account. I have not recieved a billing email from virgin in over a year and none has gone through to my dads email either. I am so stuck on what to do, im paying 2 separate phone bills so just want to pay the virgin one off as if i keep paying the DD there is still a year and a half left on it. Id rather just pay the chunk and its gone then. 
i have tried logging into the myo2 using my virgin details and it logs me in but says no products under this account but i cant login to my virgin mobile account with these details. Help!

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums it's great to have you here. 

I am so sorry that you are facing this issues, to clarify My Virgin Mobile a is for the SIM card, and SIM has now migrated to O2 so your My Virgin Mobile is not longer active. 

If you are looking for your Handset Agreement then the log in information for this can be found in emails from us that we send out at the point of sale. If you are unable to locate these emails you can call our specialist credit agreement team on 0345 602 4420 and they can advise further.
