Cannot access NTLWorld Account

I am a longstanding customer of Virgin Media and have got an existing broadband package however I have just had my NTLWorld account disabled for no reason. I use this account as my account contact for my Contract (its even my login username for my Broadband account!) so not sure why it has been disabled? I last used the email on Tuesday (1 July)  evening and then on Wednesday it was not working. I called VM and they said that they no longer deal with Email queries and have refereed it and will get back to me within 5 days - I cannot wait this long as I use this email for all my finances, medicals and points of contact with my work and so urgently require it back as soon as possible.

Can someone at VM please help me here?
