Old ntlworld email account

I  have an old ntl email account which I thought would be deleted after 90 days of us leaving Virgin Media (we moved to an area Virgin doesn't cover more than 3 years ago). This account has now been hacked and I'm receiving threatening emails and pornographic spam, and it is clearly being used to send spam to others. Please can someone tell me what I need to do to get this account deleted. Many thanks Paul

      Hi Sabrina,

      I am having similar problems with my old NTL Email account that Shaggy1961 encountered. 

      Would you advise on the resolve please and thank you in advance.
