Resolved! Red Button not working

We have sky sports via our tivo box but the red button service does not work. It just tries to load then a message service not available please try again later. I think it worked once a long time ago. Had a look on virgin media site there is no help ...

Resolved! Pixilation

We have 4 different TIVOs in my household . But on my TIVO only my BBC2 is not working properly. Pixilated.I've switched off my TIVO box & switched back on again . Switched off main switch in rack . But still no luck . Help !  

Catch up issue

When I go to catch up (for example all4) there’s often minimal programmes? I can access on my iPad and the programmes are all listed is this a setting issue or does this option not work properly on the TiVo box? any advice? I can watch on my iPad but...

I recently upgraded to TV360 and have twice requested a return for my unwanted Tivo box, remotes and power supply but have not had a reply. Can someone please advise what I should do with them?
