TiVo return

I’ve upgraded to TV360 from Tivo - do i need to return the TiVo box. On the website it says you don’t have too but i got told i do.. I requested packaging 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t turned up. what do i need to do?

Old cisco box return

Pixelated channels

Get this a lot on this channel as well and some times on others as well. Tried resetting V6 box and cables seem to be ok, but can be random times it starts pixellating.
