Hi,
We went to watch a show on Netflix last night and when we tried to play it we received the attached message. When I try to access Netflix on Channel it says the TV box no longer supports Netflix. (It's an old version TIVO box).
Can you send me a new box please?
Thanks,
Steve

Be very careful what swap you get here, there are 2 very different paths you can take.
1: An upgrade to a V6. This runs the same TiVo-software as your current box, just on much newer hardware that's a lot quicker and supports more streaming apps & recording tuners.
2: A swap to a TV360 - this is the same physical box as the V6 but runs very different software, equivalent to comparing Apple with Android.
VM will proactively offer option 2, but be aware TV360 is fundamentally not TiVo, whereas a V6 is. Just be aware.

Hi STEVECLEM66
You should have received either a letter or email (picture below) around the end of September advising of the need to swap out your box if you wanted to continue watching netflix.
You can either regrade online via the following link https://www.virginmedia.com/tvupgrades or wait a day or two for a member of the forum team to pick this up for you. (It might be longer with it being a weekend)

Hi @STEVECLEM66 👋 Thank you for your post and welcome to the Virgin Media Community 😀
We're sorry to hear about the problem you've encountered 😔
In order to arrange swapping your box to TV 360 , we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
Regards,
Daniel
