Tivo box cannot receive Netflix

We went to watch a show on Netflix last night and when we tried to play it we received the attached message. When I try to access Netflix on Channel it says the TV box no longer supports Netfli...
Be very careful what swap you get here, there are 2 very different paths you can take.
1: An upgrade to a V6. This runs the same TiVo-software as your current box, just on much newer hardware that's a lot quicker and supports more streaming apps & recording tuners.
2: A swap to a TV360 - this is the same physical box as the V6 but runs very different software, equivalent to comparing Apple with Android.
VM will proactively offer option 2, but be aware TV360 is fundamentally not TiVo, whereas a V6 is. Just be aware.
