Very frustrated!!!!
been using Netflix in my package for ages….. moved house and it kicked us out and can no longer sign in.
20 days later still no luck. 45 mins on phone today for lady to cut me off !! No option to add to virgin bill when I sign in

You've posted in the TiVo section of the forum, but this box doesn't support Netflix anymore - so what are you watching on?
Are you using a TV-app? A laptop or tablet? Or if a VM TV box, which one? https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box if you're not sure.
