We have an issue whereby the sound on some channels and apps is not available. The channels are ITV (incl 1,2,3 & 4), 5 USA, 5Star, Really and others. The apps are BBCiplayer, ITVX, Prime and UTube. Does anyone know how to resolve this, thanks.

What device are you using - is this a VM TV box or something else? If it's a VM box, which one? V6. Stream or TV360?
