I’m new to Vigin and cannot get the LAN to show any activity

I need the LAN to connect to my Tado bridge. I’m seeing no lights from the box at all. WiFi is on and connected but not lights when plugging into the LAN.
All was working ok on my last router so I believe the Tado device to be ok. Is there something to set up on the box to allow LAN??
sorry I’m lost with this.

I presume you have a hub5, the Tado will NOT work with the hub5 if plugged directly into the hub. This is because the hub5 only has 100/1000 normal ports instead of the usual 10/100/1000 ports. The way around the problem is to get a cheap 5 port Ethernet switch with 10/100/1000 ports. I’ve not found one that does not support the 3 speeds. Plug the switch into the VM hub and the Tado into the switch.
