as titled really - win11 pc, using firefox. i watched a few hours this week every day fine (it asked every time to replace). now today ive ran out of slots
so every session it asks for replace. - i have turned off "enhanced tracking protection" for virgin in firefox. and ive even turned off "change mac address daily" in windows (in case thats how its tracking changes/devices).
Can someone help? maybe reset my allowances, or judging by other posts, a longer term fix is needed. i get why you restrict, but also its restrictive by not working. my devices (tablet and phone) work fine, every day / session they never ask but firefox and my pc does.

To use Virgin TV Go in a browser please ensure you’ve got cookies enabled in your browser, that virginmedia.com is listed as a trusted site, your browser is set to allow protected content, and you allow pop ups from the Virgin TV Go website. Don't use a private/incognito window.
With firefox under Cookies and Site Data > Manage Exceptions, add (Allow)

Thanks for reaching out to us @skylineboy2002, and welcome back to our Community Forums!
Sorry to hear of the request to replace a slot each time when using a web browser for your TV Go services.
Does this also happen when using the application on devices such as mobile phones or tablets?
Thanks,

Hi @skylineboy2002, thank you for your response.
We can certainly look into actioning this for you.
In order to do so, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
Regards,
Daniel
