I have tried all the suggestions given in related messages, but nothing has worked. The app will play fine on my IOS devices, but when trying on the laptop I get the 'Not Available' warning. Other apps work on the laptop, Apple, Sky, Prime Netflix etc.
Is there anything further I can try?

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with playing TV Go on the laptop. Given that you've mentioned that it plays fine on other devices, this would instantly rule out an account issue. We'd need to be looking at the device itself.
So we can help further, can you also let us know the full error message you're getting, along with a screenshot if possible?
