We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with playing TV Go on the laptop. Given that you've mentioned that it plays fine on other devices, this would instantly rule out an account issue. We'd need to be looking at the device itself.
- What browser are you accessing TV Go on?
- Do you get the same issue when trying an alternative browser?
- Are you running any VPN, or browser extensions?
- What operating system are you running on the laptop?
So we can help further, can you also let us know the full error message you're getting, along with a screenshot if possible?
