VMTV Go website has stopped loading on my laptop. Been working fine for years then other night very sluggy then stopped. Using google chrome and windows 11 as I have been for years with it.

Any ideas

When I type in my password which is 100% the little load symbol spins then just stops I've had 2 open incognito mode to even get this far

Hi @MarkH28

Have you tries using a different browser, such as Edge?

Make sure that Chrome is up to date - Click on the three vertical dots in the top right hand corner of Chrome, then click on Help > then About Google Chrome. This will check the Chrome version and install any update that may be due.  You will then be advised to relaunch Chrome.  I've just updated mine whilst typing this to Version 129.0.6668.71 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Then try TVGo again.  If you still have problems then delete Chrome browsing data in case it's become corrupt.

If it still sin't working then uninstall the Virgin TVGo app, and try the TVGo website url again
