We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with TV Go. In order to look into this, we would need some more information from you. Can you please let us know the following:
- ➡ What make and model device are you using to access TV Go?
- ➡ What operating system is the device running?
- ➡ Can you confirm the device is fully up to date, with no software updates pending?
- ➡ Please ensure the TV Go app is also fully up to date
- ➡ Please explain and expand in full on what are you trying to do when you encounter the error?
- ➡ Does this happen on another device as well or only this device?
