Virgin TV Go iPhone App - Service Not Available

Hello,

I have been unable to access the Virgin TV Go app on my iPhone 15 pro iOS 18.2 for the last 3 months as it just says ‘Service Not Available’. I have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times with the same issue.

I used to get around the issue by using Safari on my iPhone but it now says ‘This video cannot be played as your device does not meet security requirements’. I have tried to sign out, and clear my cache/cookies etc.

Any help much appreciated, Ralph

    Welcome to our community forums and sorry to hear you are having issues accessing TV Go on your iPhone. We can understand the inconvenience caused and we want to best help. Can you let us know when this issue first occurred? Is this the only device having this issue? Do you have antivirus software on your mobile at all?

    Thank you for your help. The issue started happening around 3 months ago and also happens on my iPad. I have no antivirus software on either of them.
