Virgin TV Go iPhone App - Service Not Available
Hello,
I have been unable to access the Virgin TV Go app on my iPhone 15 pro iOS 18.2 for the last 3 months as it just says ‘Service Not Available’. I have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times with the same issue.
I used to get around the issue by using Safari on my iPhone but it now says ‘This video cannot be played as your device does not meet security requirements’. I have tried to sign out, and clear my cache/cookies etc.
Any help much appreciated, Ralph

Thank you for your help. The issue started happening around 3 months ago and also happens on my iPad. I have no antivirus software on either of them.
