I require help resetting my device limit as I'm using a device that's currently registered and it's asking me to re-register it but it appears the limit has been reached. I've only used the same 2 devices so not sure why its asking to register again.

I'm very sorry to hear you're having some trouble with a device that's already listed as registered. Can you just check and confirm that you're definitely not accessing it from a VPN and that you're also not clearing your cache and cookies each time?
Yeah I'm not accessing by VPN and also not clearing cache and cookies, also on the app I accidentally closed it and when reopening the app it asked me to register the device again. Is it bugged of some kind?
