Tv control app - cannot log in since the weekend

I’m on an iPhone 11 with upto date firmware. I regularly use the tv control app but for the last few days it has asked for email and password. It didn’t recognise my password so I used the link to reset it, I received an email with a reset link but it just goes back to the screen that says an email has been sent with a reset link. 
going around in circles. 
please help.

Are you unable to access the Virgin TV Control app across various devices? 

Also, since you've been having the problem, have you checked whether you're still able to access your My Virgin Media account? The username and password would be the same as those for the Virgin TV Control app.
