Hi. I have 2 Android devices. A galaxy S21 which plays recordings when on my home network, and a Lenovo M10 tablet that will not. It gives me an error "LicenseErrorCode.License.Invalid". It used to work, so I cleared all cache and data, uninstalled, reinstalled, and same error. Any ideas why this no longer works? Thanks in advance.......

It seems that this is a known issue and unfortunately, it was decided not to fix it due to low impact and ongoing system updates as per the Development team. They hope that the issue will be resolved with upcoming system updates. However, they are unable to provide an estimated deadline for this.

Hi, could someone pop across a private message to me please. I've been reporting the same issue for months within various threads on here and no one has offered to help or take a look in any more detail for me. In summary, I can only watch recordings on my phone, tablet does not work at all. The app gives me this error message and when I use the browser on the tablet it doesn't even give me the option to watch, just says only available to play on TV box.
