Since we started a new contract one month ago - we haven’t been able to get virgin tv go. Message says service unavailable, spent hours on the phone and messaging them but nothing is ever resolved. Changed email, cleared cookies and history, restarted devices, reinstalled app multiple times - please help thanks

Can you please tell us:
How many devices this affects and the make and model of these devices
At what point do you receive this error message, is it straight after signing in?
Are you able to sign in and use the service through the website version (through Chrome)?
